I am Coach Kai, a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation, offering professional business and leadership coaching from Munich.

My Background

In 2003, I founded a company that I grew to over 200 employees and successfully sold after 16 years, gaining deep insights into leadership, decision-making, and team guidance.

Today, I serve as a Leadership Coach at a Big Four firm, advising partners and directors on leadership challenges, while running my independent practice for business and personal coaching.

Having lived two years in the USA, my English is coach- and negotiation-proven, enabling seamless sessions in both languages.
